Parenthood can be magical—but it can also be lonely, challenging, and exhausting. We’re here to help lighten the load.
While some of us are lucky to have friends or family who have kids at the same time as us, not everyone has a built-in parent crew. We want to give you a one stop shop: a group of parent pals, an opportunity for engaging conversation, and an excuse to socialize (without having to put real pants on).
Join us for our first virtual session of Mom Groups with Meaning for parents who are in their first year postpartum.
🤝 Week one - November 7: Get to know each other! Ice breakers & open discussion
🔎 Week two - November 14: Guided discussion: Navigating the Transition to Parenthood led by
Eva co-founder Sarah Goodman, MSW, RSW
💞 Week three - November 21: Guided discussion: How to Maintain Your Identity as a New Parent led by Eva co-founder Mira Lax
☕️ Week four - November 28*: Group coffee walk in central Toronto (location TBD)
*This week will be held at 10AM or 2PM, depending on the group’s preference.
💪 Week five - December 5: Work out class with @jennidiamondhealth, personal trainer and OT
🧘🏻♀️ Week six - December 12: Mindfulness with Michelle Katz, yoga teacher and educator
💬 All members of the MGWM will receive access to a WhatsApp group to connect with each other during and after the workshop and other discounts and perks.
